Review of GoodFellas (1990) by Richard C — 12 Jan 2014
Scorcese's masterpiece features pulsating performances from all involved especially ray liotta, robert de niro, joe pesci (who won best supporting actor at the oscars for his performance) and lorraine bracco.
The film is unflinching in its portrayal of violence yet an underbelly of dark humour runs throughout which makes you warm to the characters and realise why they live the life's that they lead. Put quite simply, everybody in the world should watch this at some point.
