Review of GoodFellas (1990) by Jon M — 15 May 2014
Scorsese's GoodFellas is a masterpiece, and not only sets the bar for the Crime genre of films, but also sets the bar for what a good film should be. And I'm not sure who was responsible for casting, but kudos to them because they were spot on for people that could do great portrayals of these characters.
Not only is it my favorite Scorsese movie thus far, but it is also my favorite De Niro film. I recommend that everyone see this film, unless you can't handle violence or language too well. But if you are a film enthusiast, you have to see this film at least once.
