Review of GoodFellas (1990) by Stefan G — 15 Aug 2015
Violent and crude is exactly what you want in a Scorsese mob movie. The complete story arc of Henry Hill's life truly make it a spectacle to watch. And the raunchiness of some of the characters is so fitting, you should hate these characters but you love them, kinda like what Coppola did with The Godfather franchise.
The performances are amazing all round, not just Pecci, who was spectacular. And the voice over narration is so well written and engaging.
