An advantage of Japanese animated cinema is that they always have to have fresh ideas to harvest. This adventure, which involves the difficult to grow up, and the separation, has a certain aroma reminiscent of the eighties classic Stand by me.
In the end, it leaves a bittersweet but pleasant taste in the mouth, after all.
