Review of Good Will Hunting (1997) by Mike H — 24 Jan 2015
Beautifully written and performed. I could sort of relate with parts of the film to a certain extent. It feels very strange speaking of Robin Williams in past tense even still but here he gives an extraordinary performance with Matt Damon. I liked their counselling sessions where they both bounced off each other and unravelled bits of each other personalities and finally the breakthrough at the end. It was a very moving experience.
I'm usually not one for drama films but I'm glad I had the opportunity to watch this after a friend of mine highly recommended it to me.
