It might be too predictive for some. But all it has, is a bouquet of beautiful performances by certainly the finest ensemble cast in any movie. Wonderful music, camerawork, direction and prominently its sensitivity.
The merit of it, is mainly chemistry between two men (Damon & R. Williams) its a must watch for drama lovers.
