Review of Good Time (2017) by Jon C — 28 Nov 2017
One of Robert Pattinson's finest performances.
He and Benny Safdie play immensely well as brothers trying to make it through the world of crime and drugs.
This whole movie feels like a throwback to the 90's with the trippy colors and that synthesized music.
It's like an acid trip but filled with dramatic weight attached.
The whole narrative takes place in 1 night making the sense of urgency that much more thrilling.
These two brothers are willing to do anything to stick together and get out scott-free but how long can it go on until one of them gets caught or both of them?
Outstanding performances all around.
