Review of Good Night, and Good Luck. (2005) by Bryan D — 11 Feb 2011
The thing that struck me first was the gorgeous black and white cinematography. The story was well told, and creative in its use of archival footage to make the era really come alive. I found the theme of the movie- the potential of television to educate rather than merely entertain- to be inspiring, maybe inspiring enough to warrant the many liberties the film takes with the history to tell the story.
