Review of Good Night (2008) by Kelly B — 03 Feb 2009
Wow, what a surprise! Had heard absolutely nothing about this film. Sure, it has elements of "Open Your Eyes" and it's remake "Vanilla Sky" ( both coincidentally with Penelope Cruz), but I personally think it exceeds both of those.
It deals with lucid dreaming, but where the others feels more like science fiction, "The Good Night" does a really good job of making some scenes, virtually realistic to not tell the worlds apart.
....for the most part. The Cast is perfect, music selection good and a very impressive script and direction from Gwyneth Paltrow's brother, Jake.
