Review of Good Morning, Vietnam (1987) by Leena L — 22 Feb 2015
"Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.".
My Vietnam Weekend continues. Robin Williams is doing what he is good at: being funny! Totally different kind of film than the one from last night (Apocalype now, redux), showing the way the information gets distorted by the establishments, such as army, to keep a certain image intact. Film also has a nice soundtrack to it and unlike most other Vietnam films, not too much shooting or dead bodies!
