Review of Good Kill (2015) by Mike M — 19 May 2015
"Good Kill" is a difficult movie to watch. Not because of graphic gory war scenes, but because of the implications of the actions which are taken during drone strikes. (Kind of like a psycho-thriller can mess with your mind without showing typical horror film scenes.
.., if that makes any sense.) It is evident how lives on all sides are affected and the film seems to not really take any one stance, for or against. It shows both sides as modern war films are want to do.
The implications of the drone program probably won't be realized for years to come.
