Review of Good Kill (2015) by Irene G — 24 May 2015
Before he pulls the trigger that lets his drone send its missile, this modern warrior sees the expression on the targets' faces, and the children playing nearby. Watching these scenes makes plain the movie audience's shared responsibility.
Ethan Hawke depicts believably a man in moral conflict and emotional confusion, longing for his pilot days when war seemed simpler.
