Review of Good Kill (2015) by Andy W — 07 Sep 2015
Andrew Niccol always writes/directs movies which have interesting subjects at the core - they're not always entirely successful, but you can see what he was aiming for. Good kill has an interesting subject - drones in warfare - and whilst it's thought provoking and uncomfortable to watch at times, with Ethan hawke's character facing moral dilemmas and a meltdown, the story follows a one-path direction, meaning there's not much variation.
