About one of the best films I've seen all year. Informative, entertaining, and for someone who grew up around African American women and their hair issues, it was certainly a reminder of my childhood.
This film offered some of the best insight on the hair industry I've ever seen, and when you're sitting with someone who has had first hand experience with all the hair issues, including the "creamy crack", it becomes that much more entertaining as they relive, though the film, their own hair experiences.
Awesome film to go see, no matter if you grew up with nappy hair or not.
