Light hearted documentary on why the African-American women (and men) are paying thousands of dollars to 'relax' and 'weave' their hair in an industry predominantly owned by the White and Asian folks in America.
While it's aimed at being mildly controversial, the docu-comedy is more fun and entertaining than it is in changing people's perspectives on social norms. Chris Rock is charming and witty as usual.
