Wow I never knew this phenomenom in society. Yup: $1000-3500 hairdos should be called a phenom. This is a well researched piece. He made important pts like how no research has been done on the adverse effects of using Sodium hydroxide (hair relaxer) & how most of this 8B business is owned by non-black enterprises (they were bought out).
-1/2 star for lack of style, +1/2 star for enlightening us.
