Chuck Norris drop kicks a guy through a moving car, then he becomes a star. That's all you need to know about this convoluted mess of a movie that's way too short on fight scenes.
The second best bit was him telling a broad he don't eat lunch, then complaining that 8pm is too late for supper. Chucks such a bitch!
