By lying to his mother, Alex creates a reality of his own and also believes in it too. The story was kind of confusing to me at first since I know nothing about these particular historical events but I fully understood it in the end.
This movie really has substance and depth while being very interesting at the same time. It has likable characters and a well-done plot.
