08-22-08: Well, now we're onto some 2003 movies from the book of movie you have to see. Warning...this is in German. And it's 2 hours long. And...it's really good. It's about this guy (Alex) that has a mom that goes into a coma just before the wall comes down.
She's in the coma for 8 months and when she comes to, the doctor tells Alex and his sister their mom can't afford any shock. Well, the end of East Germany would be quite a shock to their mother.
..so they pretend for her that everything is alright (and that actually, West Germans are fleeing capitalism into East Germany). It's really quite good...I recommend!
