Review of Good Bye, Lenin! (2003) by Joe L — 20 Apr 2009
Great black comedy set in 1989 East Germany about a son's attempt to protect his mom from finding out about the teardown of the Berlin Wall while she was in a coma. It takes a while for the plot to kick in but the overall effect made me feel for the characters.
The fake news tapings were funny throughout and especially awesome toward the end.
