A sweet and moving German film that triumphantly works as a loosely comic but equally serious emotive drama against a backdrop of the most culturally and politically significant period of change in recent European history.
..the Fall of the Berlin Wall. And just a perfect musical accompaniant from the composer behind Amelie...Yann Tiersen.
