Review of Good Bye, Lenin! (2003) by Marj D — 02 May 2011
I've been meaning to see this film since 2002 and it's taken me this long. I was not disappointed though. This is sweet, funny, moving and educational and documents a fascinating time in history that I knew little about, despite being alive at the time.
It's especially interesting to have an insight into East Germany from the point of view of people living there. And on top of all that it's a fantastic story.
