This film is my childhood. Maybe it's the nostalgia talking, but this is a genuinely well-rounded comedy. It's funny, and it has some likable characters with their own story arcs, especially Dexter.
Throughout the film, Dexter learns how to be responsible, nice, and NOT manipulative.
