Review of Good Advice (2001) by Kirsten M — 09 Jun 2007
What a diamond in the rough! Hardly anyone has heard of this film, and it's a shame. The humor is sophsicated and quick. Charlie Sheen poses as his newly ex-girlfriend by writing her advice column for a local newspaper, while in the midst falling for "his" new boss, played by Angie Harmon.
The lead's do a wonderful job, but the background characters are what really take the cake. Jon Lovitz, Rosanna Arquette, and Estelle Harris do a stand up job and slip in the best one-liners at the most opportune times.
Everyone looking for a good comedy should really pick this title up!
