Eugene Levy was essentially playing Mr. Crocker, only with Giant Orange monsters. If you got that reference, you are just as big a dork as I am, so you can't call me one. I still think it's creepy though, Gooby reminded me too much of the teddy bear that came to life and ate people in Dolls.
Seriously, and the part of this movie where he shows off his sharp, very sharp teeth, didn't help with that. It was kinda cute, seriously predictable and very preachy at the end.
