Review of Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson (2008) by Erik E — 30 Jul 2008
I thought this doumentary was very well done. While there were too many reenactments especially staring the Nixon mask there was also a great deal of footage that I had never seen before. I was happy that they brought in Johnny Deep to read from Thompsons books but was amazed that they really didn't talk about the second coming of HST in the later years.
Still I'm only critical because I thought this documentary was brilliant, so if you like Thompson, watch this documentary!!!
