Review of Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson (2008) by Raül J — 18 Jan 2009
Maybe the rate is a bit higher than it should be because of me, as the documentary itself is quite conventional for such an unconventional person and character. Sadly Dr.Thompson is not a such known writer in here, and for that reason the information the documentary provides is quite a lot for a devoted fan like me, that really doesn't knew much more aside from his books.
Really loved the political part, and how an era is captured, and how painfully right he was. Dr.Gonzo, you were a fucking awesome writer, an a needed voice, unique, crazy and true. You'll be forever missed.
