Excelent documentary about writer Hunter S. Thompson with Johnny Depp as narrator. It includes original footage of Thompson in interviews, home movies, trips and his political attempt of becoming sheriff.
This journalist established his own writing stye (Gonzo), some kind of wacky, over the top, geeky stuff that made a singular school back in the 1960's. Hunter S. Thompson was not a perfect fellow, he commited the same mistakes as the next person but he was funny and scary, that was what made him special.
