I'm not sure about the staged "scenes" they made for this and Johnny Depp just kind of read from some of his books... major kudos to Jimmy Carter, Pat Buchanan (and especially) George McGovern for talking openly and truthfully about a man that politicians today would be horrified to be associated with.
.. this movie could have been twice as long and I would have still enjoyed it.
