Review of Gone with the Wind (1939) by Benjamin K — 26 Jul 2011
A masterpiece. A truly cinematic success. In depth characters, a deep plot and clean. No matter what age you are, this is the film for you. Vivien Leigh's Scarlett is truly the standout performance of this film, portraying a spoilt girl who deep down shows her true colours as a good person and goes on a character journey through the film.
Alongside Clark Gable's Rhett they had such a chemistry and both acted brilliantly. The whole cast was amazing. A must see!!!
