A grand epic with memorable performances, sweeping and revolutionary cinematography, razor-sharp screenwriting, and some truly beautiful tragedy. This will be a classic for decades to come, and in my humble opinion, is still one of the greatest films ever made.
Quite possibly my all-time favorite.
