Review of Gomorrah (2008) by G. Brandon H — 10 Jan 2010
An incredibly realistic portrayal of Italian orangised crime. The writer of the book the film is based on actually lived with some real life gangsters to be able to gain such an incredible insight. It is acted very well and is very believable.
My main criticism was that there was just too much going on. Trying to pack all the different characters and their lives into this film just meant that it was hard to follow at times. However, overall was an interesting watch and is definitely worth seeing.
