The initiation rite for young boys is that they have to take a gun shot with a bullet proof vest on - if they don't shit themselves completely and stand up fast enough after they have been blown to the floor, they are man enough to be used in the ever lasting clan wars.
As soon as you're in it, there's no way out. I'm afraid this is a very realistic movie about the raw Gomorrah mores in the ghettos of Naples, without all the idiotic Hollywood choreography and fake heroism - where "bang" is a shot and if it hits you, you're dead on the floor already.
