This was masterful documentary filmmaking. It's powerful, gripping, frightening, infuriating, and a damning account of audacious mendacity. L. Ron Hubbard was a charlatan; Tom Cruise is wild-eyed and literally insane; John Travolta is obviously being blackmailed; and David Miscavige is a dangerous sociopath.
Moreover, it's ludicrous that this despicable cult was ever granted tax-exempt status.
