Epic nonsense. Highly entertaining popcorn movie that has very little to do with reality. Suspend reality and enjoy that what's given and you'll have a blast. Somehow still lighthearted while literally hundreds of thousands of people perish at the hands of these behemoths, the fight scenes are epic and well done.

And the story - as fantastical as it is - holds up in its own universe of logic.
