Review of Godzilla vs. Kong (2021) by Gameanalyzer — 31 Mar 2021
Godzilla v Kong works partly because it's oversized at times with super-effects of monsters and undersized with human interactions at other parts. The premise isn't engaging much and hangs by a thread only to be revived by monsters facing off and the incessant roars trying to be cardinal to the title.
The Monkey can talk too. It's a bore-fest with characters never seeming to catch a break at once. The oversaturated color tone during some sequences are slightly muddling the experience. If things could stop here for the monster-verse, the IP can be laid to rest with grace.
