#17 - Biollante is a combination of Godzilla's and a rose's DNA and the spirit of a dead girl. When it's defeated it turns into pollen and floats into space amisdt an image of the dead girling, smiling.
Once in space it takes the form of a rose. In case you haven't guessed yet, it's all a bit naff.
