This should probably be studied as a very bizarre way to get Americans (or english speakers in general) to watch dirty foreign films. Just add Perry Mason! Or a low level star of some note, like Michael Pare or Sam Watterson.

Add in a voice over to explain everything, make sure they have an english speaking companion so they can ask for translations and the pinpoint precision of dubbing (now with cgi you could digitally alter their lips so it looks like english coming out of their filthy foreign mouths) will open up a whole new world to the average film goer.
