Review of Godzilla (2014) by Chris Q — 29 Dec 2014
This remake of the NYC-based Godzilla is...a tad too creative in terms of CGI but not so much on the story development. The destruction scenes are spread over in three big cities on the west (SF, Honolulu, and Vegas), and while it is nice to see Godzilla playing the "good guy" here, this film could have been done better.
It is refreshing to see Elizabeth Olsen playing here though.
