Review of Godzilla (2014) by Enrique F — 30 Jan 2018
It made no sense, the science was ridiculous at best and the humans are the worst disaster planners ever. All logic is tossed right off the Golden Gate Bridge. And I loved every minute of it. Godzilla F'ING ruled, the monster himself I mean.
He looked so cool and so real. They crafted a face that displays mad amounts of emotion and his battle with the other kaiju is exactly what the big guy's fans have been hammering for since that Roland Emmerich debacle.
Cranston overacted the shit out of this, just like he needed to. There are definitely some problems but all of those are forgotten when the main lizard is doing his thing. I want a pet Godzilla really bad.
