Review of Godzilla (1998) by Cj O — 03 May 2013
I really liked this movie and the casting, though strange, works alright. The star is Godzilla of course, reimagined as a large chinned, long legged, baby of a T-Rex Daddy and Alien Brood Queen mother.
The last 30-45 minutes of the movie looks and feels different than the rest, and gets a lot ridiculous. Co-starring NYC pre 9/11 makes for an interesting time capsule of when it was OK to attack NYC in a movie.
