Review of Godsend (2014) by Sean S — 16 Nov 2007

The trailer looked promising, the cast looked good, the premise was certainly interesting, but once again I suppose between the director and screenwriter things got screwed up. And, this movie was intended to be an R-Rated film, but was ofcourse cut down to PG later on (I remember seeing a couple of clips on the net whilst they were filming the movie, that was not in the movie, the one that pops to mind immediately is the love scene ).

Anyway, the movie started of ok I guess, and after the cloning etc. when the boy starts seeing things it felt really redundant. It felt like the movie was standing still for 45 min. Also, I could see the twist a mile away, very obvious. I wouldn't want to sit through this again, but I'm glad I saw it.
