Either you'll love it or hate it. Anyone who's interested in Egyptian history who has an understanding of the gods will love this movie. If you're going in blind, the action may entertain you, but you're not going to really understand a lot of the film.
Even though it was a 2 hour movie, I was entertained the entire time. Definitely purchasing.
