Review of Gods of Egypt (2016) by Kyle W — 31 May 2016

I have to admit, When I first watched this in theaters I felt like I was missing something. I felt like there was an inside joke that I had missed out on. But Now I know. This movie is suppose to be a fun little turn off your brain adventure set around Gods.

And that's how I view it, and that's how I'm going to always find myself enjoying it as. It is by no means an Oscar worthy film, if anything it could be nominated for costume design I suppose, but it at least didn't bore me like the Clash of Titans reboot or the god awful The last Airbender film, this one did have me laughing along with its wackiness even if the director didn't intend for it to be like that.

And I do feel bad if that is the case, but that's art. It can be depicted in many different ways.
