Review of Gods of Egypt (2016) by James C — 28 Jun 2016
While having some good actors and a decent plot the movie is just overrun by too much CGI. The premise is basically a war between Set, the brother of Osiris, and Osiris's son Horus who is about to be crowned King. Long story short Horus is defeated in front of their worshippers as Set takes the thrown and then of course it takes a human to help Horus regain the throne, blah blah blah.
