1. The debate allowed for people to learn about Jesus who never would have otherwise. This includes the audience of this move!
2. People may say they don't believe in God, but their attitude changes when faced with certain death. Your intellect is of no value when that time comes.
3. It all boils down to a simple choice: accept Christ and live, or don't and go to hell.
