Review of God's Not Dead 2 (2016) by Fred S — 23 Apr 2016
It never ceases to amaze me that atheists and non believers who have not seen a Christian movie, insist on writing fake reviews. Apparently they think that a movie that encourages faith, family, and freedom to exercise belief or non, according to the dictates of one's conscience is so dangerous as to be attacked regardless of the veracity of said reviews.
The movie itself is based on actual court cases which have been adjudicated concerning the so called "separation of church and state". As such it succeeds in demonstrating the double standards applied by the left which insists on tolerance as long as it you agree with them.
The acting is par for the course with special mention to Ray Wise as the ACLU attorney who is determined to silence any mention of Jesus in the public schools. The story itself is at times moving, angering, and sad as it clearly points out the freedoms of faith being slowly but surely eroded in America.
The use of apologists Lee Strobel, J Warner Wallace and Gary Habermas strengthen the case for the historical existence of Christ, while the movie strengthens your faith.
Highly recommended!
