Review of Gods and Monsters (1998) by Sol H — 15 Jun 2007

Ian mckellen has one of the best acting roles in this movie. he makes his character so incredibly believeable. you can see how brendan fraser gets so mesmerized by mckellen because the viewer themselves get hypnotized themselves.

this movie is superb but definitely not a movie that anyone will enjoy. it's a slow movie with not a lot of action, even easy on the dialogue, but more of a movie of facial expression and body movements than anything.

good job of acting from everyone and the directing and script are fantastic. again, not a movie for everyone.
