Who didn' feel like that some times in their lives? Deliciously subtle when needed, wonderfully offensive when needed. Sir McKellan's blue eyes look exactly like those of a cat who is going to eat the mouse right now. This is a tricky movie: it doesn't seem like much to the superficial viewer. Then you start to see how the nuances come together... to one of the saddest endings ever. Blurb.
PS to Brendan Fraser: WHY did you do that to yourself? Look at you now! It's too painful to consider.
