God Grew Tired of Us is an outstanding documentary about the Lost Boys of Sudan - specifically, three young refugees who attempt to make better life for themselves in America. It reminded me about the perseverance of the human spirit as well as the normal everyday things that I may take for granted.
This is an outstanding film. Its a snapshot of the experience faced by immigrants in the 21st century - ready to grasp the American the dream only to find roadblocks due to the challenges of a new and different culture.
